Fort Bragg Wellness Resource Fair connects community with support resources

Fort Bragg community members connected with resources supporting their mental, emotional and physical well-being during the Employee Assistance Program Wellness Resource Fair Aug. 14 at the Soldier Support Center.

The fair brought Fort Bragg organizations and community partners together in one location, giving Department of the Army civilians, retirees, active-duty Soldiers and their Family members an opportunity to learn about available health services on and off the installation.

Throughout the four-hour event, attendees had opportunities to explore wellness resources, participate in interactive demonstrations and prize giveaways, and learn about available services designed to support different aspects of their quality of life.

Participating organizations included Womack Army Medical Center, Behavioral Health, the Armed Forces Wellness Center, the Suicide Prevention Program, Army Community Service, Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention, the Army Substance Abuse Program, the Bragg Training and Education Center, the Holistic Health and Fitness Academy, the American Red Cross, KEYS 365 and the R2 Performance Center…
