SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) – Crews on Wednesday marked a significant construction milestone for the $47 million Bonaire Park development in downtown Summerville, raising the final steel beam atop the project’s main commercial building.
Community leaders, elected officials and project partners gathered May 21 for the beam-signing and raising ceremony, a moment developers say reflects both progress on the site and the project’s broader impact on the town’s future.
