Kygo will unveil a new project that combines luxury and festival culture in the heart of Miami.
Kygo has announced plans for Palm Tree Residences Miami, a pioneering entertainment-driven condominium project that integrates festival culture, hospitality, and nightlife into a luxury residential experience. Developed in partnership with Palm Tree Crew co-founder Myles Shear and prominent South Florida developers Property Markets Group and Lion Development Group, the project aims to redefine the branded living experience.
Set in Miami’s newly coined entertainment district (also known as Downtown), the 37-story tower will feature 483 fully furnished residences ranging from compact junior suites to expansive three-bedroom homes. But unlike traditional luxury condos, Palm Tree Residences is positioning itself as a lifestyle ecosystem rooted directly in dance music culture.
Residents will reportedly receive built-in Palm Tree Crew membership benefits, including VIP access to Palm Tree Crew festivals around the world, exclusive hospitality perks, and preferred access to branded nightlife experiences.
