PALMER — Mat-Su residents should go ahead and use a leaf blower for all their household chores if they feel like it, according to a resolution passed by the Mat-Su Assembly last week.
The Matanuska-Susitna Assembly unanimously approved the resolution during a regular meeting Tuesday.
The resolution was drafted in response to an Anchorage law that bars the use of leaf blowers to push large quantities of dust into the air, said Maxwell Sumner, who sponsored the resolution.
