CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The Capital Beltway heading east toward Harrisburg was logjammed after a crash early Tuesday.
Dispatch records show that several emergency units were called to the scene in Lower Allen just west of the Interstate 83 exit.
