EUGENE, Ore. — A caller’s report of a man who appeared intoxicated and drove the wrong way on a Eugene street early on Tuesday led to a DUII arrest, the Eugene Police Department (EPD) said.
At 3:14 a.m., EPD responded to a report of a possible intoxicated driver at West Broadway and Olive Street.
