EDGEFIELD, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – A 39-year-old inmate died after he was found unresponsive Monday night at the Federal Correctional Institution Edgefield, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Officials said Dale Scott was found unresponsive at about 10:35 p.m. Tuesday.
Employees began life-saving measures and requested emergency medical services while continuing efforts to revive him. Scott was taken by emergency medical crews to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, the agency said…
