AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating Sydnie Yilmaz, 39, who deputies say is wanted in connection with a Cruelty to Children in the 1st Degree investigation tied to an incident on Telfair Street.
According to an incident report, deputies went to the Wellstar Children’s Hospital of Georgia Tuesday morning regarding a situation involving an infant who was transported to the hospital after reportedly experiencing seizures.
A hospital social worker told deputies the child was admitted to the ICU, and medical staff conducted testing that indicated the infant tested positive for amphetamines, the report says…
