BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified the driver in a solo-vehicle crash off Highway 178 that killed a Weldon man and woman in March.
Frank Struska, 65, of Weldon, was driving a vehicle when it struck a tree in the 19000 block of Highway 178 at 6:35 p.m. March 28, according to officials.
