BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Four adults and one juvenile were arrested on Memorial Day on suspicion of driving recklessly on motorcycles at the Park at River Walk, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
BPD received numerous calls about reckless motorcycle and bicycle activity throughout Monday afternoon in the area of the Park at River Walk on Stockdale Highway, officials said.
