Missouri-based Slick City Action Park has signed a lease for a 33,500-square-foot space at the portion of the Sunrise Mall property owned by Ethan Conrad Properties, CoStar, a major commercial real estate data and analytics company, has reported.
The report dated Thursday, May 21, indicates the lease was signed for a space located at 5900 Sunrise Blvd. A Loopnet lease listing for the three-story former Sears building also indicates that Slick City Action Park has signed a lease.
