Toledo shooting suspect ordered to wear tracking device, stay away from victim

TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man charged with felonious assault after a shooting on Monday was ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device following his initial court appearance Tuesday.

Isaiah Davidson, 24, appeared in Toledo Municipal Court on Tuesday morning. A judge set a Supervised Own Recognizance bond for Davidson, releasing him under the condition that he wears an electronic monitor and maintains no contact with the victim.
