KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City man is charged after allegedly shoplifting nearly $800 in perfume from a Victoria’s Secret store during three separate incidents earlier this year.
A Platte County warrant was issued Tuesday for 49-year-old Roosevelt Ramon Collins. His bond is $15,000.
