NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A 20-year-old murder suspect was arrested Monday (May 25) by New Orleans police.
The NOPD said Tuesday it booked 20-year-old Daniel Victor Romero with second-degree murder, in connection with Sunday’s shooting death of an 18-year-old woman in Hollygrove.
The victim was fatally shot Sunday around 3:35 p.m. in the 9000 block of Peach Street, police said. Romero’s relationship to the victim and the circumstances of the shooting have not been explained by the NOPD…
