ANN ARBOR, MI — Two Ann Arbor streets have been chosen to test a special asphalt mixture made with recycled tires.
The city is collaborating with Michigan Technological University to try it on Oakbrook Drive and Northbrook Place near the Cranbrook Village shopping complex on the city’s south side.
