Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Michael A. DiPietro sentenced Angelo Jerome Riley Jr, 27, to 30 years of imprisonment on May 26.
Riley was sentenced on charges of first-degree assault, firearm use in a felony violent crime, having and discharging a handgun, and armed robbery. Jurors convicted Riley on Feb. 26, following a jury trial before Judge DiPietro.
Charging documents state that at approximately 3 a.m. on Jan. 31,2025, Baltimore Police officers responded to a McDonald’s restaurant located on the 6000 block of Moravia Road to investigate a reported shooting.
