Clarksville, Tenn. (WZTV) — Clarksville Police say that they are working to negotiate with a man who has barricaded himself in a home on Monroe Street.
Police confirmed that the domestic situation began around midnight. Two people were able to safely leave the home not long after the situation began.
One person remained inside with the barricaded man until 5 a.m. when police say they were also able to leave the house. They were unharmed…
