BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) — Three abandoned baby raccoons were rescued by Beaufort County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) staff Tuesday.
The masked orphans were spotted outside the Beaufort County EMS station. Staff searched for the babies’ mom but soon realized they were all alone. Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Fire & Rescue assisted with the rescue.
Beaufort County EMS contacted a local wildlife rehab facility and the babies are safe and getting the care they need.
