A total of five schools in a six-county region of Central New York saw at least 80% of their students test proficient on New York state science tests during the 2024-2025 school year.
The schools were Eagle Hill Middle School in Fayetteville-Manlius, Southern Cayuga Secondary, Skaneateles Middle School, Perry Junior High School in New Hartford and Hamilton Junior-Senior High School.
