FREMONT, Ohio — A Fremont man is celebrating a life-changing win after scratching off a lottery ticket worth $500,000 — a moment he says still doesn’t feel real.
Duane Huffman has called Fremont home for 15 years. For the past three, he’s worked at the Hy-Miler convenience store nearby.
