WHITEHOUSE – The 13 Anthony Wayne High School students attending the May 19 Whitehouse Village Council meeting for AP Government class witnessed first-hand how public servants can make a difference.
As Josh Hartbarger prepares concludes his 25-year career with the village – one that started as a volunteer firefighter and concluded as deputy administrator and chief operating officer – Council passed a resolution commending him for his meritorious service.
