GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Kenneth Seay pleaded not guilty Tuesday to 19 charges after police found more than a dozen homemade bombs, as well as drugs and weapons, at his Green Bay home.
No trial date was set. Seay returns to court June 26 for a status conference, court records show.
The complaint says police learned Seay would be receiving a pound of meth through the mail at his 16th Avenue home. The U.S. Postal Service seized the package and turned it over to police. The contents tested positive for methamphetamine and cocaine…
