BALTIMORE (WBFF) — An 11-year-old boy and 26-year-old man were shot in Baltimore’s Upton neighborhood on Wednesday night, police said.
Shortly after 7:40 p.m. on May 27, officers were called to the area near Pennsylvania Avenue and Dolphin Street for a reported shooting. Furman L Templeton Elementary School and Robert C. Marshall Recreation Center are located nearby the shooting scene.
