CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A new, ancient exhibit is coming to the South Carolina Aquarium that immerses guests in the Late Cretaceous Period, the aquarium announced Wednesday.
The Aquarium says this exhibit is 70 million years in the making. Jurassic Seas features ancient marine species and will open at the South Carolina Aquarium starting on June 6.
Jurassic Seas will be the first exhibit housed in the John A. Hill Family Discovery Gallery, a 1,200-square-foot space for rotating exhibits. The Aquarium plans to rotate exhibits every three years…
