Dearborn’s Halal food scene is continuing to grow.
Town Kitchen is a new Halal kitchen coming to 6029 Greenfield Road in the city. It follows the opening of the flagship location in Melvindale three years ago. The owner of Town Kitchen who goes by Sal told What Now Detroit he is hoping to open the second location by the end of the fall.
Sal said the menu will be the same as the Melvindale location, featuring entrees like mandi chicken, lamb madfoon, chicken quesadillas, burgers and shawarma.
