LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — An arrest warrant was issued by East Earl Township police for a 19-year-old wanted on forgery and theft by deception charges after trying to cash a check worth nearly $31K using stolen bank information, the police confirmed.
Clifford Martin, of Houston, Texas, attempted to deposit a $30,755 forged check using stolen account information, according to a news release.
