A pet food retailer will open its second Louisiana location in the former Rite Aid on Jefferson Highway.
Memphis-based Hollywood Feed, which has stores in 19 states, will occupy one of three tenant spots at the Shops at Mid City South, 7570 Jefferson Highway. The retail center sits just outside of the Towne Center at Cedar Lodge and used to be a Rite Aid before closing several years ago, after Walgreens bought 1,900 Rite Aid stores and closed those near Walgreens locations.
Hollywood Feed will take up the largest spot in the center, and a national fast casual restaurant has a lease pending for another spot, according to a marketing flyer. The third tenant space is still available…
