ATLANTA, Ga. — Columbia County is the likely site of the trial of the suspected gunman in the Sept. 4, 2024, mass shooting at Apalachee High School.
During a Thursday status hearing for Colt Gray, Judge Nicholas Primm said Columbia County is currently the likely venue.
“The leading candidate right now is Columbia County, part of the Augusta area,” said Primm. “The chief judge there said they’re more than likely willing to host the trial.”…
