COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is searching for a missing at-risk adult Wednesday night.
CSPD said 37-year-old Joshua Seraphini was last seen around 9 a.m. on Viero Drive.
