BRIGHTON, Ala. (WBRC) – City leaders in Brighton are working to determine what is behind several unexplained fires in the community.
Mayor Joseph Edwards Sr. said the fires are under investigation.
“It’s actually a little mind boggling what’s going on,” Edwards said. “We are looking into those and the investigations are still going on, but we’re hoping to get some answers to it in the very near future.”
Edwards said the situation is frustrating, but the city is working to implement new technology to help with public safety.
