GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Greensboro mother and her children are days away from owning their first home after Habitat for Humanity of Greater Greensboro celebrated the dedication of a newly built house on Thursday.

The dedication ceremony for Cherrie Robinson and her family marks the final stretch of a yearlong process made possible through volunteers, donors and community supporters, the organization said.
