BERKELEY — An alert from a surveillance camera on May 25 spurred arrests of Anthony W. Kerman, 37, of Berkeley, and 41-year-old Dezary M. Jones, residency unknown. Kerman was driving a car with license plates matching the getaway car used to flee from a theft at a sporting goods store.
