AUBURN, N.Y. — A man thrown out of Curley’s Restaurant on State Street early Thursday morning came back hours later and tried to break in, the Auburn Police Department said.
The police department charged Donald R. Filback with burglary and five counts of criminal mischief for the incident.
Filback was removed from Curley’s at 96 State St. around 12:41 a.m. after staff said he was picking fights with other customers, the police said. They noted he threw a chair when he was asked to leave. Police informed Filback that he was trespassing on the property. Filback then walked away from the incident…
