NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A man was arrested and is facing multiple gun and drug charges after police identified suspicious activity surrounding a motel room at the Rodeway Inn on Ashley Phosphate Road.
Damar Raheem Bailey, a 34-year-old from North Charleston was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of fentanyl, manufacturing cocaine base, four counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime and four counts of felony possession of a firearm.
According to the North Charleston Police Department, a search warrant was executed at approximately 3:30 p.m. at the Rodeway Inn. Upon arrival on scene, the suspect, who was identified as Bailey, was standing outside the room…
