RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — Bond has been denied for a man accused of shooting at a School Resource Officer on the property of a Richland County elementary school.
Corey Gibbons, 44, was denied bond on Friday following his arrest in connection with the May 12 shooting incident at Horrell Hill Elementary School involving Richland County Sheriff’s Department School Resource Officer Toynika Hall.
