DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The lawyer for the man accused of killing a Dayton Public Schools student waiting for a bus in downtown Dayton last year has filed to move his trial out of Montgomery County.
Julius Williamson is accused of fatally shooting Dunbar High School senior Alfred Hale on April 4, 2025. Hale, who was waiting for his bus to arrive at the Greater Dayton RTA’s Wright Stop Plaza was shot outside a nearby business on Jefferson Street.
Hale was taken to Miami Valley Hospital but died from the gunshot wound…
