When Mark McIntosh was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer just over three years ago, he was thrust into a fight for survival that would ultimately reshape his life.
Since becoming an organ recipient, McIntosh is now working to bring awareness and connection as the chair of the 2026 Transplant Games of America Host Committee, taking place in Denver next month.
