BOSSIER CITY, La. – Margaret Sue Festerhaven Hall marked a major milestone Friday, celebrating her 100th birthday surrounded by family, friends and plenty of excitement in Bossier City.
Hall chose to spend her special day at Louisiana Downs Casino and the Lucky Palace, where loved ones gathered to honor the centenarian with photos, a proclamation, a toast and birthday wishes.
