Man arrested in Albuquerque is facing his 4th DWI charge

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man with a history of DWI convictions across New Mexico is back behind bars after Albuquerque police say they found him intoxicated behind the wheel earlier this month.

According to court documents, Albuquerque police were called to the area of Candelaria Road and Eubank Boulevard after receiving reports of a vehicle driving on its rims. Officers located the vehicle and found 34-year-old Armando Zamora inside. Police said Zamora was still behind the wheel when an officer made contact with him.

During the encounter, an officer asked Zamora how much he had consumed that day…
