ATLANTIC BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Several people came together on Saturday to make the beach and ocean an inclusive space for people with disabilities.
Atlantic Beach leaders, the Adaptive Surf Project, 76 surfers and over 140 volunteers gathered for the third annual Wheel to Surf.
