Elon University Campus Safety and Police issued an all clear at 10:59 p.m. May 30 after an incident involving shots being fired on West Haggard Ave. near Central Dr., according to an Elon E-Alert.
An E-Alert at 10:16 p.m. notified the campus community about shots being fired at that location and said that a suspect was in custody.
