Stray showers possible on Monday in the Triad

Overnight temperatures will fall into the low to mid-60s with partly to mostly cloudy skies by Monday morning. A low pressure system to our south and a cold front to our north will interact to give us a little more moisture for the first day of the work week. The majority of us do look to remain dry to start the week. Spotty showers are possible early in the southern Piedmont with a 30% chance for spotty showers/storms in the afternoon as the cold front moves through the region. Temperatures will reach the low to mid 80s in the afternoon with a mix of sun and clouds.

Partly cloudy skies on Tuesday with slightly cooler temperatures and refreshing, dry air behind Monday’s front. Morning lows start in the upper 50s and highs reach the mid-70s. We continue to remain a little cooler for Wednesday with morning lows in the low to mid-50s. Afternoon highs reach the upper 70s with mostly sunny skies…
