CHESTER, Pa. — The Philadelphia SPCA’s Animal Law Enforcement Team worked with law enforcement members from multiple agencies to break up a cockfight in Chester County over the weekend.
The event was being held Saturday in a property on the 500 block of Franklin Street in the city of Chester, the PSPCA said.
