OTIS, Ore. — Salem man was killed and four other people injured in a crash on Saturday afternoon in Tillamook County, Oregon State Police said.
OSP responded to the two-vehicle crash around 1:15 p.m. on Highway 18 near milepost 13.5.
Police said a Cadillac sedan driven by Brandon Westly Joslin, 43, of Scotts Mills, was eastbound on Hwy 18 near Otis when it failed to negotiate a corner and continued straight into the westbound lane for an unknown reason.
