BAY CITY, MI – A 23-year-old man from Kalamazoo has been extradited from out of state to face a slate of criminal sexual conduct charges after he allegedly drugged and raped a Bay County woman.
And according to authorities, similar charges in other Michigan communities could be pending.
Yamar Lyons, who was in California, was arraigned in Bay County on Monday, June 1, WJRT-TV reported, in connection to an assault that reportedly took place in December 2024.
