The Apopka Development Review Committee will review three residential development proposals during its June 3 meeting. The projects include Chandler Row, a 240-lot subdivision; Paulucci Acres, a 502-home single-family development; and The Ridge Phase 3, a proposed multi-family community. Together, the projects could add at least 742 residential units to the city if approved through the development process.
