SURPRISE, Ariz — The City of Surprise Police Department charged two teens following an investigation into a party where a teen was assaulted, and firearms and tasers were allegedly displayed.
Police have not shared the specific charges for the teens, but said the criteria were met for Arizona’s Preston’s Law.
