Lebanon crews battle four simultaneous emergencies in one day

LEBANON, Ore. – Lebanon Fire District crews responded to multiple emergencies across the area, including two fires in Lacomb and a cardiac arrest call.

The day started with a field fire in Lacomb that required all available on-duty personnel and multiple volunteer units to bring under control. As crews finished that response, firefighters were called to a fully involved RV fire, also in Lacomb, at the same time medic units were dispatched to a cardiac arrest emergency.

Medic units, including one operating from a brush rig returning from the field fire, worked alongside volunteer responders to provide patient care. Both engines and additional volunteer units handled the RV fire…
