ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A large police presence was observed in Albany on Monday night. Authorities were gathered in the area of 2nd Street, near Bleecker Stadium.
NEWS10’s crew on scene says there are at least 11 Albany Police cars. Additionally, several people were seen in handcuffs being taken into police vehicles.
