Plan for Harveston residential development in St. George off of Bluebonnet moves forward

A St. George mixed-use development is taking another step toward expanding its residential component.

The city’s planning commission unanimously approved a final development plan and preliminary plan for the Harveston West Village, following several months of working with St. George planning staff to make necessary amendments for approval. The West Village is a residential portion of Harveston, a 1,800-acre development by Wampold Companies near Nicholson Drive and Bluebonnet Boulevard intended to be a community complete with housing, retail and green spaces.
